We've been staying at the Glen for 13yrs. Once used to the bore water, the rest is pure bliss. It's so nice to be able to have a place to fully rest up without TV, dvd, internet, radio or the like. The dog loves being let out the door for morning and nights walks, and hikes for the day and all week!! Scenery is breathtaking, and you'll never take photo or see a scene twice!! Walkability: So many hiking paths to take, the gentleman's walk is the best!! Noteworthy details: Without the world sneaking in, you can fully relax and not have to worry about the world beyond the front door. Lots of paths, hikes, and beautiful scenery in Hafod to keep you entertained as long as you're there.

Great location, shabby accommodation

If you're looking for peace and quiet then this is for you. A bit rough and ready around the edges but very relaxing.

Lovely location. WiFi works very well for such a distance. If your a Walker, have a dog or just want a few days in the middle of nowhere it’s great. We walked 5 miles round the ‘red route’ high mountain, sometimes on our knees through the scary bits But that’s the fun.

A delightful cottage, back to nature only the nature programme outside the windows no other tv channels😉 I'll go again.
