Treated ourselves to the 1st class return journey to Devil's bridge and the whole experience didn't disappoint. Friendly service when we arrived at the station, 1st class carriage was so lovely and the 2 hour return journey was fantastic. Had time to take in Devil's bridge which was a great little spectacle. Overall highly recommend

Stunning scenic views along the valleys. Steam train always brings its own charm and magic. Devils Bridge itself has its own history and the walk, with entry being a reasonable price is breathtaking, especially if going on a clear day. Packed with history. There is a nice hotel by the railway where you can sit outside and stop for food or drinks. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely place to visit. The nature trail and waterfalls are quite demanding and test your fitness level with all the steps but well worth it

Nice hoots cafe and chocolate shop near to the train station worth a visit. Station very well kept. Friendly, entertaining staff made a great day out.

Nice day out with the family. The train passes beautiful scenery. It has both open and closed carriages. If you start from Devil’s bridge, you can get out at the end point and walk to the sea and castle ruins.

A super fun way to experience Welsh scenery. This is the best way to get to Devil's bridge, even though I was finding coal on my clothes and in my ears the day afterwards.

Brilliant day out , staff very friendly and helpful

If you're looking to kill a few hours, this is a great way to do it. The ride takes about an hour and the scenery is amazing. There is no heating on the train so in the winter it is cold. Make sure you're aware of when the next train leaves. We misread the schedule and had to wait almost three hours longer than we wanted to. The Three Bridges pub nearby is also great and has a carvery occasionally.

Great little narrow gauge railway that travels through a beautiful part of west Wales. The journey takes about an hour each way, it isn't cheap, but is worth every penny. The train has closed and open carriages, so the weather isn't a big issue.

Nice journey, saw red kites from train, open carriages in summer and enclosed in winter, nice at devils bridge, not cheap if on budget though, £40 for 2 adults 2 children, but 3 hours return trip so takes up some time, good cafe at devils bridge station (parking £1) no cafe at other end, worth seeing waterfalls, didn't do main ones with two kids as lots walking, smaller ones still nice. Cliff railway worth going on too
